Faith & Fortune Co. Mystery Scoops are surprise products and are sold as mystery items. Due to the nature of mystery purchases, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or item swaps.

By purchasing a Mystery Scoop, you understand and accept that item selections are random and specific products cannot be guaranteed.

Duplicate items may occasionally occur.

In the event an order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review the situation.
